1. Our Services

Payment Security & Compliance: Greek Payment Portal complies with the PCI DSS by using secure third-party processors. We do not store or process credit card details directly.

Compliance with U.S. Financial Regulations: Our platform operates in accordance with applicable U.S. financial laws.

FERPA Compliance Consideration: Users affiliated with U.S. colleges should be aware of their institution’s guidelines, although we do not store academic records.

Age & Institutional Use Requirements: Our platform is intended for use by students, alumni, and authorized representatives of Greek organizations at U.S. colleges. Users must be at least 18 or have obtained parental consent.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property rights in our Services—including source code, databases, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics (“Content”), as well as trademarks and logos (“Marks”). Your use of our Services is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless additional rights are expressly granted.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your registration information is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and will comply with applicable laws.
  • You will not use automated means (e.g., bots) to access the Services.
  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Registration

Registration may be required to access certain features. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity on your account.

5. Purchases and Payment

We accept payment methods including PayPal, Stripe, Coinbase, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen method for any purchases.

6. Subscriptions

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless you cancel it. You consent to recurring charges until cancellation.

To cancel, log into your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

26. Miscellaneous

Greek Payment Portal is an independent payment platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any specific university or Greek organization. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments made through our platform comply with your institution’s policies. We are not responsible for disputes between users and their organizations.
